Our red wines

Our wines often win medals in national competitions such as the Concours des Ligers, Concours des Vins de France in Macon, Concours des Vignerons Indépendants, Concours Interloire, and are also included in wine guides (Hachette, Dussert-Gerbert and Gilbert et Gaillard).

Le Cabernet

TASTING: A brilliant garnet colour. The nose opens with red berries and a note of black cherry. Well-rounded on the palate with hints of liquorice.

AGEING: 4 to 6 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 to 18°C

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: This magnificent wine is perfect with a filet mignon or red meats.

 

Le Gamay

TASTING: The eye is drawn to the dark garnet colour. The highly complex nose opens with intense notes of red berries. The palate alternates between exceptional concentration and softness. 

AGEING: 3 to 4 years 

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 12 to 14°C

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Its lingering finish makes it a perfect match with chicken in sauce and grilled food.

Côt Malbec 

TASTING: A powerful, wine with an intense garnet colour, vanilla on the nose with notes of liquorice and Morello cherries. After a creamy attack, a balanced palate evolves elegantly, highlighting blackberry flavours intertwined with oak-softened tannins.

AGEING: 8 to 10 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 16 to 18°C

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: A bottle to be aged and discovered with roast beef or game.

La Cuvée du Doyen

La Cuvée Prestige

TASTING: The cherry red colour beautifully announces an intense nose of fresh red fruits with raspberry notes. On the palate, it delivers a crisp and well-balanced jammy attack.

AGEING: 4 to 6 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14 to 16°C

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: The perfect accompaniment to meat in sauces and cheese platters.

Le Pinot Noir

TASTING: This elegant pinot develops a gleaming garnet colour. The nose presents a generous wealth of scents of Morello cherries combined with notes of liquorice. Silky and harmonious on the palate

AGEING: 3 to 4 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 14 to 16°C

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: White meat.
