Our wines often receive prizes in various competitions around the country (“Ligers” contest, “French Wines” competition in Macon, the Independent Vineyard contest, “Interloire” contest) and are also quoted in many wine guides (Hachette, Dussert-Gerbert and Gilbert & Gaillard)

Le Cabernet

APPRECIATION : A deep garnet robe with a fruity nose that gives off aromas of red fruit and black cherries. An intense body with shades of liquorice.

AGEING : 4 to 6 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE : 16 to 18°c

SUGGESTIONS : This magnificent wine is perfect for a filet mignon or red meat.

Le Gamay

APPRECIATION : Dark red in color with a vanilla bouquet and vibrant notes of liquorice and cherry. After a silky explosion, the taste evolves with elegance and balance and leaves notes of soft tannins.

AGEING : 8 to 10 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE : 16 to 18°c

SUGGESTIONS : A bottle worth keeping to enjoy with roast beef or gibier.

Le Malbec « Côt »

APPRECIATION : With a dense shine, this wine offers a flowery nose with hints of violet and peony. Its taste is well balanced with rounded tannins.

AGEING : 6 to 10 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE : 16 to 18°c

SUGGESTIONS : This wine boasts a delicate substance, best accompanied with gibier, cheese and chocolate dessert.

La Cuvée du Doyen

SUGGESTIONS : Perfect for meat dishes and cheese boards.

Le Pinot Noir

APPRECIATION : This pinot offers a tinted garnet hue. The nose boasts generous aromas of cherries associated with a hint of liquorice. The tongue is silky and well balanced.

AGEING : 3 to 4 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE : 14 to 16°c

SUGGESTIONS : White meat dishes
