Our white wines

Our wines often receive prizes in various competitions around the country (“Ligers” contest, “French Wines” competition in Macon, the Independent Vineyard contest, “Interloire” contest) and are also quoted in many wine guides (Hachette, Dussert-Gerbert and Gilbert & Gaillard).

Le Touraine Chenonceaux

APPRECIATION : Sauvignon from a plot classified as Touraine Chenonceaux AOP. Very expressive nose of passion fruit and mango with a hint of dried fruit. Rich and enveloping palate. Perfect balance between freshness and complexity.

AGEING :  3 to 4 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE :  10 à 12°c

SUGGESTIONS : To taste with fish in sauce or poultry with cream and mushrooms.

Le Sauvignon

APPRECIATION : Aromas of ripe, exotic fruits characterize this vin jaune. A round finesse guides the tongue to a long and fresh finale.

AGEING : 1 to 2 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE : 10 to 12°c

SUGGESTIONS : Fish and beurre blanc, seafood, charcuterie and goat’s cheese.

Le Sauvignon Vieilles Vignes

APPRECIATION : A light straw yellow in color with hints of gold, the nose expresses ripe exotic fruits. It’s intricate tongue is emphasized by a fresh, acidulous note and an elegant balance.

AGEING : 1 to 3 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE : 10 to 12°c

SUGGESTIONS : To enjoy with fish or goat’s cheese.

L’Exceptionnelle 

APPRECIATION : With a yellow robe, this wine expresses itself on very ripe exotic fruits. The mouth combines flexibility, fullness and finesse. The finish is long and fresh.

AGEING : 6 to 7 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE : 10 to 12°c

SUGGESTIONS :  White butter fish, seafood, cold meats and Selles / Cher goat cheese
