Our wines often win medals in national competitions such as the Concours des Ligers, Concours des Vins de France in Macon, Concours des Vignerons Indépendants, Concours Interloire, and are also included in wine guides (Hachette, Dussert-Gerbert and Gilbert et Gaillard).

Le Touraine Chenonceaux

TASTING: Sauvignon from a plot classified as Touraine Chenonceaux AOP. Very expressive nose of passion fruit and mango with a hint of dried fruit. Rich and silky on the palate.
Perfect balance between freshness and complexity.

AGEING: 3 to 4 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 to 12°C

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: To be enjoyed with fish in sauce or chicken in cream sauce with mushrooms.

Le Sauvignon

TASTING: With a yellow colour, this wine presents flavours of well-ripened exotic fruits. The palate combines softness, fullness and finesse. The finish is long and fresh.

AGEING: 1 to 2 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 to 12°C

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Fish, seafood, cold meats and Selles-sur-Cher goats cheese.

Le Sauvignon Vieilles Vignes

TASTING: A pale-yellow colour with golden highlights featuring a very pleasant and expressive nose of well-ripened exotic fruits. Complex on the palate driven by a tangy freshness, very finely balanced.

AGEING: 1 to 3 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 to 12°C

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: To be served as an aperitif, with fish in sauce or goats cheese.

L’Exceptionnelle 

TASTING: Sauvignon harvested when over-ripe. Yellow colour with glints of silver and a discreet nose of white flowers. A rich palate with notes of peach.

AGEING: 6 to 7 years

SERVING TEMPERATURE: 10 to 12°C

PAIRING SUGGESTIONS: Perfect as an aperitif or served with foie gras.
